Welcome to our information page about Photo Shoots & Skit Recordings. This page is dedicated to giving you information about how our photo shoots works.

Photo Shoots

Photo shoots can be arranged during conventions and not during conventions. Photo shoots can take as long as one hour depending on the costume and location the session takes place. Unlike other photo shoots, we research the costume you've made and take the time to gain ideas for the session in order to bring out your character's personality. We love to work with what you have to offer with your costume and if you wish to throw in your own ideas, your more than welcome to! We highly encourage cosplayers to submit their ideas during their photo shoot because this photo shoot is your photo shoot. Our photo shoots are based in the state of California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you live outside of California but would like to have a photo shoot at a anime convention due to not living in the area, your more than welcome to e-mail us and we will arrange a meeting time at the convention we attend that's seen in our schedule. Next up, how do we meet up? What do we use? First of all, during a anime convention, please e-mail us the convention your attending, time, location, costume your wearing & place where you want your photo shoot. Our photographer will give you a confirmation including his badge name at the convention and will meet up at the appointment time and will walk to the photo shoot area that you requested. Please note, we only have a 15 minute grace period if your running late. Once your grace period is up, we will leave our set appointment time and you will have to contact us again. If you wish to set up a special photo shoot that's not during a convention and live in the San Francisco Bay Area, please contact us with the city your located in and we will setup a appointment to meet up with you in your city. Please note, we go as far north as Sacramento and as far south as Salinas. We do make an exception for the Monterey & Santa Cruz region. Once your photo shoot is completed, depending on where it was taken, for example during a convention time, we will post pictures in the main gallery and will e-mail you the numbers it is located in. In other words, Sarah Doe's Photo Shoot is located in the AX07 Gallery, numbers 1297 - 1331. If your photo shoot is not during a convention, we will send you a personal thumbnail gallery you can use and download your personal favorites. Also as a token of our appreciating for your time, we will give you a CD-R of your pictures in their original format without the watermark via USPS or at the next anime convention delivery, depending on our schedule. We will arrange a appointment to meet up or call our photographer who will give you his business card complete with e-mail and phone number and he will deliver your CD-R at the convention personally. What's the price for all of this? No charge! We do not believe in charging for photos. Photos are priceless memories that should never be charged no matter what the reason is. Our camera we use for photo shoots is a Canon PowerShot A540 6.0 MP. We know it may seem small but remember our photo shoots is about bringing the best in your costume. It's not the mega pixels that makes the picture, it's how you use the camera to make the picture. We prefer opening up your costume's personality to bring out the beauty that makes the cosplay happen! Thank you for reading this section about photo shoots! Recording Skits

Skits are recorded by request only! We post skits on our youtube account that may be used for your blogs & websites. Please credit us for your recording! If you wish to have your skit recorded at our scheduled anime convention please contact us with the following information provided. Skit name, group/individual name, skit number (what number your group is for masqurade), and convention you will perform your skit. If your group number can't be provided due to convention having sign ups at the convention, please disregard the skit number and we will come by contestants back stage and ask for your number.
