Private Photo Shoots

Thank you for taking interest in wanting to perform a photo shoot with us!

Please take the time to review the following information as they will help you with arranging a photo shoot.

Convention Photo Shoots

If you wish to arrange a photo shoot with us, please utilize our Contact Us page and select Photo Shoots in the drop box menu.

Please include the name of the convention, day, time, cosplay you are wishing to shoot & additional notes and or poses you wish to have taken. Please note we will be performing an e-mail correspondence with yourself in order for the schedule to be finalized.

In the event of a cancellation, please send us a 12 hour notice via e-mail.

We ask that you please arrive on time and on location with your scheduled shoot. In the occurrence of a delay, please send us an e-mail with regards to your delay and if you wish to reschedule on the day of your shoot at least an hour before your shoot.

Upon completion of the photo shoot, we will showcase your photos in person and will allow you to pick the photos you wish to have uploaded. All original photos will be e-mailed to you after the convention has been completed via Dropbox and will be available within 7 days. We ask that you please send us an e-mail when you have completed downloading your photos.

Non-Convention Photo Shoots

If you wish to arrange a photo shoot with us, please utilize our Contact Us page and select Photo Shoots in the drop box menu.

At this present time, we are only offering Non-Convention Photo Shoots to cosplayers based out of the State of California as traveling out of state is very limited. However if we are traveling to another state during non-convention times then we will be more than happy to accommodate your photo shoot.

Please include the date, time, location, cosplay you are wishing to shoot & additional notes and or poses you wish to have taken. Please note we will be performing an e-mail correspondence with yourself in order for the schedule to be finalized.
